Entering Records of the Security/Termination of a pledge, the Subsequent Pledge of Securities in the Register

To secure the pledge of securities, the Registrar will be provided with:

  • A pledge order; a pledge order must be signed by the pledgee and the pledgor (including sealed by a legal entity) or their authorized representatives;
  • A pledgee's questionnaire;
  • A record confirming the payment of the Registrar's services.

To enter the record of pledge termination, the Registrar will be provided with:

  • A pledge termination order signed by the pledgee and the pledgor (including sealed by a legal entity) or their authorized representatives; A pledge termination order may be signed only by the pledgee subject to submission to the Registrar of the pledgor's written consent to terminate the pledge;
  • A record confirming the payment of the Registrar's services.

 

To transfer the pledge rights, the Registrar will be provided with:

  • a pledge transfer order; A pledge transfer order must be signed by the pledgor (including sealed by a legal entity) or by its authorized representative and unless the details of the pledgee's or pledgor's accounts do not allow the assignment of the pledge without the pledgee's consent – by the pledgee (including sealed by a legal entity) or its authorized representative;
  • A record confirming the payment of the Registrar's services.
