Methods of Submission to the Registrar
Methods of documents' submission to the Registrar are the following:
  • Documents (applications, questionnaires of registered persons, orders (requests) and other documents) may be hand-delivered to the Registrar by personal appearance at the registrar's offices, including the Registrar's branch offices.
  • Documents can be sent by mail to the Registrar's address only, including the addresses of the Registrar's branch offices.
  • Documents may be submitted to the Issuer, if it is stipulated by the agreement for maintaining of the shareholders register, by a personal appearance delivery.
  • Documents may be submitted to the Registrar's transfer agency offices, if this is stipulated by the agreement between a transfer agent and the Registrar, by delivery upon personal appearance.

    Please Note!

    1. Personal appearance (in person) means:
      • A visit by an individual or his/her legal representative or attorney acting under a power of attorney;
      • A visit by a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney or an attorney representing a legal entity under a power of attorney.
    2. An authorized representative (attorney) must submit and, if and where necessary, update the following documents relating to himself/herself:
      • Details on an authorized representative (attorney);
      • A power of attorney (an original and a notarized copy);
      • An ID of an authorized representative (attorney).
